“If culture is defined as a group’s beliefs, tendencies, or ideologies, pinning Comfort’s culture would be pretty
difficult. Just saying one or two things isn’t sufficient. I look at Comfort and see many different, diverse people every few steps
I take. That’s where I realize how I see “Comfort’s Culture”. Diversity. LOTS of different views coming together for a greater pool of knowledge and thus, solu- tions. Innovation often comes from a single person’s idea, but great innovation comes from a collaboration of many ideas. At least I believe that, I’d say Comfort does too.”

“The culture here at Comfort is hard work, with the occasional smile thrown in. I enjoy the environment here because it allows me both a way to support my family and feel a part of a team effort.”

“I really enjoy being employed at Comfort Research because there’s always room to grow in the company. Pretty freakin’ awesome company to work for, I’m so thankful for the opportunity. And not to mention, the leads are amazing!”

“At the time of writing this, I haven’t worked here for very long, but a few things about Comfort Research and its culture quickly became clear. CR is really more of a community than it is just a company. I have seen lots caring as well as a large effort to be sustainable and responsible. The work- ing atmosphere is incredible, everyone is very helpful and friendly, and that goes a long way towards keeping the company- wide morale up. Not only are we making comfortable, affordable furniture, the best part is it’s all made by happy people!”
