Attention Comfort Ambassadors!
It’s time to put together the first ever, brand spanking new Comfort Research Comfort Manifesto, to be distributed to Comfort Ambassadors, business partners, customers, vendors, and anyone else who likes to read and look at pretty pictures of all of you good-looking people.
But seriously, what is a Comfort Manifesto and why do we want one? This is a fun-loaded book that pronounces our company culture to the world. It’s a book we are all a part of and can be proud to be in. It will include lots of fun pictures of CR events and stuff at work, as well as short blurbs about who we are, and most importantly feedback and quotes from all of you who work here and are a part of this family. Besides spelling/grammar mistakes, we will not be editing these responses. We want these to be the real deal and we want to portray your feelings as accurately as we possibly can.
That being said, please write a few sentences about what Comfort Research means to you. How do you define our culture? How does working at Comfort Research compare to other company cultures? What is so special about Comfort Research? We will collect these responses and they will all make their way to the pages of our book. (Also, if you have any pictures that you’ve taken with your own cameras or phones that you would like included, please send them to
be included!)
Again, all the people who work here make up this company and its culture, and YOU are an integral apart of that. There are no wrong answers. The only thing we ask is that you don’t tell anyone what you are writing. We want everyone’s responses to be their own and we don’t want anyone’s response to influence anybody else’s.
