CR is a great place to work. The fact that they encourage everyone to express their ideas and actually contribute to the success of the company is a concept that most other companies discourage. It allows individuals to become a part of something big. The company has been there for me when personal issues have been encountered over the years, helping out in various ways. Just knowing that I have the support when it’s needed is a comfort in itself.

I love my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mis- sion. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other. To me, it’s become much more than just sitting in comfortable chair (which I do daily). To me, CR brings comfort to their employees by creating a welcoming work environment for all.
