“I am honored to be a part of the CRAB for Comfort Research. I have known Chip and Matt for nearly ten years as both competitors and colleagues. I believe that their Culture Pyramid is the real story of their company. They always seek to “Find a Better Way” with their creativity and curiosity. They always “Expect the Best” and model that behavior personally in every way. And they “Do The Right Thing” with courage, conviction and integrity.
Often times, companies craft words like those and put them in a book on
a shelf, but in the case of Comfort Research, these are a reflection of the company’s everyday living experience. They walk the walk and I’m proud to be associated with you all. Continued success to you all!”
